A Transformative Retreat for Women

Create a world where your resources ignite change.
An in-person weekend retreat in November is the cornerstone of a 3-part series that will guide you from awareness to action and empower you to align your resources with your values. Within a community of white women dedicated to learning together, explore the complexities of race and money—and how to drive action. Through a range of modalities, including historical and contextual learnings, group dialogue and personal reflection, you’ll gain tools to make a tangible impact and promote equity.
Join this transformative experience for support, accountability, and a shared vision for a more just society.

Founder,
The Impact Collective

This program is comprised of three parts:

Participants will leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of how gender and race influence your relationship with money and privilege.
  • Language to discuss important concepts and values with your children, families, and communities.
  • Tools and resources for transforming your relationship to your finances, including saving, spending, banking, and investing.
  • A concrete action plan to align your money with personal values.
  • A community of women that offers support, accountability, and a shared vision for a more just society.

"The Intensive Workshop helped me shift from reading and learning about the seemingly insurmountable problems posed by racism in our society to imagining my own role in making progress to fix these problems, and taking concrete actions to do so."

Janet Nahirny

Intensive Workshop Participant

"The Intensive Workshop was completely paradigm-shifting for me for me because it connected how race affects me in a way that I didn’t have in my lexicon. Without the workshop, I would have been stuck in a disconnected space without understanding how I have participated in the systems that contribute to economic inequity.”
