PRIVILEGE & PURPOSE

A Transformative Retreat for Women

Create a world where your resources ignite change.
An in-person weekend retreat is the cornerstone of a 3-part series that will guide you from awareness to action and empower you to align your resources with your values. Within a community of white women dedicated to learning together, explore the complexities of race and money—and how to drive action. Through a range of modalities, including historical and contextual learnings, group dialogue and personal reflection, you’ll gain tools to make a tangible impact and promote equity.
Join this transformative experience for support, accountability, and a shared vision for a more just society.

  • Tools and resources for transforming your relationship to your finances, including saving, spending, banking, and investing.
  • A concrete action plan to align your money with personal values.
  • A community of women that offers support, accountability, and a shared vision for a more just society.

"I recently participated in the Impact Collective's Women's Privilege & Purpose Transformative Weekend Retreat here in Boston. It felt like a three day solidarity circle which left me connected to courageous women, inspired by new insights and called to personal action while held in collective accountability. Oh and of course joy, dancing, breaking bread and grieving together was all in the special mix too. Julia and the Impact Collective are making change happen.”

"I most valued the community of women; the time set aside for learning, reflection, connecting, and processing; and the opportunity to make progress on tasks that are important to me but hard to find time to prioritize."
