Ethan Kerr's Biography
Ethan (he/him) is a visionary facilitator and coach, grounded in anti-oppression principles. He blends more than 20 years of experience in racial equity consulting, restorative justice circles, and experiential leadership development. Ethan partners with organizations, businesses and individuals in committed, long-term change, guiding people to align their behavior and institutions with their values. His clients include Fortune 200 companies, government agencies, community based non profits, foundations, schools, and medical systems. Ethan lives with his family in the Hudson Valley of NY on Lenape land, and loves to dance and garden.
Participants will leave with:
- A deeper understanding of how gender and race influence your relationship with money.
- Language to discuss racial and economic justice concepts with people in your life.
- Tools and resources for changing your relationship to your finances.
- A concrete action plan to align your money with personal values.
- A community of men to exchange support and inspiration for a more just society.
Participate or Nominate
- Attendance at all online sessions is highly encouraged, as they are cumulative.
- Each participant will receive one-on-one coaching sessions with a facilitator for tailored support.
